Refund policy
Here at Ka'Lure Swim Boutique, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We will gladly accept returns on eligible items in unused conditions with tags and packaging included.
Initiate a return: Please send an email to customer support at info@kalureswim.com. Please provide your name and order number and return or exchange request.
Cancelations:
No Cancelations can be made once your order is placed.
Returns
Returns are accepted on an exchange or store credit basis only. Return items must be postmarked within 10 days of the original delivery date. Items received outside of the 10 days will be subject to a 30% restock fee which will be deducted from the store exchange or store credit amount. We WILL NOT, under any circumstances accept a return after 21 days. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees associated with returning the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
***THE SANITARY STRIP MUST STILL BE IN PLACE OR YOU RETURNED ITEM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED****
We will not accept items that have been worn, damaged, stained, soiled or altered.
Non-returnable items:
All sale items are final and are non-refundable and unexchangeable. No Exceptions.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
