Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping- 1-2 business days for processing. Receive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please expect an 3-4 business day delay on popular restocks, due to an influx in orders. Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until the estimated ship date in the title of the product. 

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

International orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The customer will be responsible for any duties and taxes imposed on international orders. Please check with your local customs office for these fees.

KA'LURE SWIM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If your tracking status is showing as 'Delivered' with USPS or UPS the customer will assume all responsibility. You will need to first confirm that you applied the correct address to your order.  If the address is correct you will need to file a claim with the carrier.

If the incorrect address was applied and we did not receive a returned package,  you will have to repurchase your items.

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping cost on any return to sender packages.
